Rehab Choice Incorporated was established in 1980 by Catherine A. Dulle to provide speech pathology services. Recognizing that treating the “whole” person required an integrated, multi-disciplinary team approach, RCI expanded services to include physical and occupational therapy. RCI provides fitness, wellness and rehabilitation services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, as well as programs and management on a contracted basis.

Associated Rehabilitation Services, Inc. (ARS), a sister company, is a Medicare-certified outpatient rehabilitation agency providing therapy services to individuals in outpatient clinic settings and to non-Medicare-certified nursing facilities and senior campuses.

Rehab Outreach, L.L.C. is an RCI-affiliated company providing contracted rehabilitation services and temporary staffing personnel to school districts, home health agencies, and nursing homes, as well as, operating sports and rehabilitation, work hardening, and alternative therapy outpatient clinics.

Our rehab and wellness teams work as part of a larger integrated, allied healthcare team in a holistic care approach for the individual patient -- the focal point of all our efforts. As we recognized the expanding needs of our patients and of the facilities we serve, our services grew to include specialized programs, i.e., sports injury rehabilitation, pain management, stress reduction, worker’s compensation programs, educational workshops and management consultation.
